The given model of a rocket is maintained with the modelling rocket engine of industrial production of series MRE-10. Personally I used engines MRE-10-10-4. The model of a rocket has system of rescue in the form of a parachute. For manufacturing the case of model of a rocket it is required round shape in diameter equal or little bit more than diameter MRE pic.1.
The case of model of a rocket is made lea a drawing paper (whatman paper). Width of a leaf of 210 mm., and the length is necessary for choosing such that at winding a leaf on shape it has turned out two full turns with a small stock, about 5 mm. The case by means of writing glue (other name silicate glue or liquid glass) sticks together. It it is possible freely to buy in a household shop. At pasting the case all over again it is reeled up on shape one turn of a paper, then the remained part is smeared with glue and turns around up to the end on shape atop of the first layer. As a result it should turn out how it is shown on pic.2.
Nosecone of models of a rocket, as well as the case is made of a drawing paper. First the square in the size approximately 100х100 mm is cut out. Then from it is turned off usual sack and it is glued. It is necessary to watch that the tip of sack was sharp and accordingly that in it almost does not remain apertures. Cut off the superfluous corner of a paper sticking out of a wide part of sack so that has turned out a cone. The cone on the case made earlier further puts on and the circle on a cone being by a place of a contact of a cone to the case is outlined, thus it is necessary to watch, that the cone was coaxial with the case. After that the cone and its wide part is removed from the case is shortened so that from edge up to the outlined circle there were 10-15 mm. Then by scissors it is cut on all circle petals. To cut it is necessary from edge of a wide part of a cone and up to a line for a circle, width of petals of 5-8 mm. As shown in pic.3.
For final assembly nosecone the strip of a paper in width of 10-15 mm is required. The future nosecone is put on the case, glue is put on an external part of petals and on one of the parties of a paper strip. A strip petals of nosecone are wound and nestle on the case. It is necessary to watch, that nosecone casually it was not pasted to the case. If all actions have been executed correctly, should it will turn out demountable nosecone represented on pic.4.
Aerodynamic stabilizers for a rocket are made of thin plywood by thickness of 2-2,5 mm. For this purpose the wooden ruler well approaches. After cutting out of four preparations of their necessary form it is necessary to lead to a uniform structure having clamped in a vice and having processed a file. All edges of stabilizers, except for that of which they will be attached to the case of a rocket, it is necessary to point for decrease in aerodynamic resistance during flight. All surface of stabilizers is necessary for smoothing out an emery paper pic.5.
Ready stabilizers are pasted by superglue end-to-end to the case pic.6.
From a strip of a paper in width of 15 mm. we make a restrictive ring for the rocket engine. External diameter of a ring is equal to internal diameter of the case pic. 7.
The ready ring is pasted inside of the case from the engine on distance at which engine inserted into the case of a rocket completely and the cut of nozzle coincides with a cut of the bottom edge of the case of a rocket pic.8.
Directing rings are made of a strip of drawing or other paper in width of 5 mm. As shape the thin core from a ball pen will approach. Strips of a paper are turned off in two turns and glued by glue "Moment" or similar to it pic.9.
Система спасения ракеты состоит из парашюта, который выстреливается вместе с обтекателем в момент срабатывания вышибного заряда двигателя. Купол парашюта изготовлен из полиэтиленового мешка для мусора. Стропы изготавливаются из любой прочной нити, например кручёной полиамидной для рыбной ловли. Возможно использование составной нити из нескольких швейных нитей. На тех концах строп которые будут крепиться к куполу необходимо сделать узелки, чтобы они лучше держались за крепёжные узлы. Сами узлы выполнены из полосок чертёжной бумаги длиной 20 мм и шириной 10 мм. Полоски складываются пополам, внутренние поверхности смазываются клеем и между ними прокладываются концы строп с узелками. После этого полоски приклеиваются к краю купола на равных расстояниях между собой pic.10.
Оставшиеся свободными концы строп скрепляются между собой и прикрепляются к основному жгуту выполненного аналогично стропам pic.11.
Второй конец жгута крепится к резиновому амортизатору соединённый одним концом с корпусом ракеты, а вторым с обтекателем и предназначенным для уменьшения ударных нагрузок возникающих при отстреливании обтекателя вышибным зарядом и при раскрытии парашюта pic.12.
Окончательный внешний вид ракеты до и после покраски показан на pic.13 и 14.
